Woodland parkour

Parkour is the art of free-running and finding ways over, under and around obstacles without stopping.

It is usually done in towns and cities but some free-runners are discovering that woods are also great places to do parkour :O)

Woods are full of natural obstacles such as trees, fallen branches, stumps and mounds of earth. The ground is also much softer than concrete, perfect for the beginner!
