Sometimes your email provider may not let a challenge email through.
We have no control over this and do not know when a message has been blocked (if we did, we'd be able to tell you, but unfortunately we don't get anything back from them).
- If you have a btinternet account with parental controls,
our address needs to be added/allowed by your parent.
- Hotmail and yahoo accounts sometimes don't like our
emails. Please make sure we're in your address book.
We send tens of thousands of emails every week and only a small number don't seem to get through. We will gladly provide an alternative link for you to access each week if your emails are not coming through - just get in touch.
