Your challenge is to:

Find the perfect spot

Woods are brilliant places for pretending. You can set up Bark and Beetle's natural firework shop on the woodland floor, in a den, up a tree... Let your imagination run wild! VisitWoods logo

Find a wood with some beautiful
autumn leaves that you can use to
make your fireworks :O)

Name your shop

The staff of Bark and Beetle's Woodland Emporium love to give all the different departments wacky names.

The food section is called the Yummery and the shoe department is called Paws and Claws!

Give the natural firework shop a fun name and tell us all about it :O)

Also try making a 3D leaf firework. Here's how:

  • Roll up a piece of A4 paper into a tube and put a piece of tape around it (or you could use an empty toilet roll tube)
  • Collect some autumnal leaves
  • Place the leaves into the end of the tube

Easy peasy! You have a 3D leaf firework

Opening ceremony

Before your customers can come into the shop you need arrange your fireworks, or create a display. When everything's ready the opening ceremony can begin!

Attract customers by creating a huge piles of leaves then kicking or throwing them all in the air. Just like a real firework display :O)
